Material: EZ load polyester lamination film
Requirements:
This application required unwinding EZ load polyester lamination film material from a roll, and cut the material to length.
Our Solution:
AZCO designed and manufactured a cut to length station which includes a dancer unwind.
- The operator will load the material onto the unwind shaft.
- From the unwind shaft, the material will go over some idle rollers and a dancer which will unwind the material based on demand.
- An optic sensor will monitor & position the unwind to maintain the edge position.
- The lower drive roller is precision turned for high accuracy.
- The rollers will have grooves machined in them for the customer designed Upper and Lower Wire Guides.
- The material is fed through the cut-to-length assembly.
