AZCO’s membrane coating and drying station enables you to manufacture your own test strips.

  • One or multiple rolls of material are placed on a brake unwind.
  • Guides direct the material into the driven roller station.
  • After the roller station, the material travels through an adjustable marking system.
  • From the drive rollers, the material is guided by a roller into a solution tray.
  • The solution tray has rollers to serpentine the material through the bath.
  • Leaving the bath is a roller that guides the material into the drying station where the material is dried by a forced hot air system.
  • From the drying station, a guide roller leads the material onto the motorized rewind station.
  • Power requirements: 110 VAC, 20 amps, and compressed air
