Making A Difference By Battling Hunger

Corporations Feeding America is your chance to join other businesses around the United States in a coordinated effort to help local families struggling with hunger.

How it works:  Choose a local food bank or charity, rally all employees, family, and friends, and start collecting non-perishable food donations to help feed America. The corporation who collects the most based on employees (items and/or monetary donations) will be named the 2017 Spring Corporate Food Drive Winner.

Why is this important?  When you join in this challenge, everybody wins!

Your community: the most recent government statistics on poverty show that 43.1 million people (13.5 percent) were in poverty, including 14.5 million (20 percent) children. You are providing vital resources to local families in need.

• Your staff: not only is corporate social responsibility important to current/future employees, you are creating an environment to build camaraderie and a true team spirit.

Your business: engaged employees are happier and more productive, plus you’ll be building a community where your future employees will come from.

After six years of bringing corporations together to feed America, Richard Bahr, President of MGS Machine, is handing over the reigns to Andy Zucaro, President of AZCO Corp. who is excited about feeding the homeless and cutting out hunger.

“Corporations Feeding America is important to me because I believe we all can make a difference in feeding the hungry. It is my hope that corporations throughout the country will band together, join this nationwide movement, and make a difference in the country by helping their local communities,” said Zucaro.

Join us, we need your help. The challenge runs March 1 – 31, 2017. Visit or email to sign up, learn more, and receive promotional materials to have a successful food drive.
