A compact and easy to implement motorized mini-winder is capable of winding rolls of flexible tubing material into individual coils. These coils can then be packaged individually using the packaging fixture into both pouches or bags. The unit counts the number of revolutions and stops and can also be controlled through the included foot switch. The number of rotations can be input on the numeric keypad. Both speed and direction can also be controlled through adjusting the dials.
