Requirements

Our customer needed a custom slitting unit five (5) independently-controlled knives, all operated via separate switches. This unit included an output shaft and is motorized lower anvil. Unit will include switches to make each blade independent from the other.

Material:  Epoxy and glass composite material, 15” wide and .015” thick

A module shear cut slitter station was needed to take material and slit it down to the proper size.

This application required slitting material in sheet form and then rewinding the slit material.

This application required punching 4 holes into plastic cards and then cutting the cards in half lengthwise.

Requirements: 

This application required unwinding, slitting and cutting to length plastic film from a roll.

Material:  Multi-layered product

Requirements: 

This application required slitting a multi-layered product to the following specifications:

• 3” long
• 18” wide
• 2” or 4” slits
