AZCO Corp is excited to announce Tim Schill has joined our team as a Customer Service Representative.
With Tim’s strong background in Customer Service and Technical Sales, we know he will not only expand relationships with our customers but will add another layer of success to our sales team.
As a Customer Service Representative, Tim will lead our efforts in the following areas: Technical Support / Customer Support and Troubleshooting, and assistance with spare parts and repairs. In addition, Tim will focus on building and expanding our relationships with our customers by taking a proactive approach to the sale of our products.
We recently sat down with Tim and asked him what he looks forward to in his new role at AZCO. He told us:
“My vision for my customer service role is to help guide and assist customers during their time of need. To me customer service does not mean solely working directly with customers, it also means working internally with team members to create an overall better customer experience.”
