our customers. Our reconditioning service ensures
long life and consistent, uninterrupted service
without costly downtime or product miscuts.
Proper sharpening and alignment of the blades
guarantees quality cuts. From the smallest guillotine
to the largest cut-to-length assembly, our service
keeps your units in optimum condition.

LONG-TERM
SERVICE CONTRACT
A SERVICE CONTRACT is available on all SUR-SIZE
CUT-TO-LENGTH units, both Standards and Special
Units, and our SUR-PAK POUCH DISPENSERS. It
adds one additional year (or 5 million cycles)
to the warranty and includes Preventive Maintenance
at the end of the 2nd year or anytime within
the warranty period. At that time we will
replacement all bearings, seals, springs,
fittings, cylinders, and all damaged hardware;
add any new software upgrades available, resharpen
the blades, and clean rollers and adjust to
your material.
(Not covered under the warranty
is damage due to abuse, blade life, roller replacement,
and controls when the seal is broken and new
covers. Covers should be in place when unit
is returned.)
LEASING
AZCO offers a leasing plan to qualified buyers.
This option gives you the advantage of productivity
gains from the equipment which pays for itself.
For example, leasing a $5,000 piece of machinery
and running it one shift will cost you only
$1 per hour on a four year lease. This machine
will more than pay for itself.
