visual accuracy!
Equipped
with the next generation of vision systems,
it stores an image of EACH dessicant or
oxygen absorber package, maintaining product
integrity. Easy to use, with one touch screen
for
both vision and HMI, the VIP-100 includes
self-feeding and self taught optics
and
is networkable. Tool-less product
change
is achieved in less than 90 seconds
and
knife replacement takes just 58 seconds!
The VIP 100 processes continuous strips
of pouches, up to 300 bpm. Equipped
with
feed tracking technology, the unit
features
full view of the feeding process.
The
angled feed delivers consistent and
accurate
product placement. The cantilever
design
offers complete access and the open
exit
chute eliminates jams. Remote access
provides immediate on-line diagnostic
and technical
support. Options include Allen-Bradley
or standard PLC Controls.
