SUR-SIZE CUT-TO-LENGTH ASSEMBLIES

The above unit is an industrial knife that is capable of cutting a wide variety of film foil, paper, and non-woven products. It is self-contained that delivers a finished product to your specifications. Enter the length and quantity on the keypad and the unit automatically feeds, measures cuts and counts the pieces. These units are modular style with a separate control panel. Perfect both in-line and stand alone situations. We have several units in varying lengths some with upgrades and a few with pneumatic preload.

Traveling knives have a cutter driven by a linear actuator. Two types of cutters are available: shear and crush. These units can cut from the thinnest film to thick, dense materials. This unit features either utilizes a shear cut or crush blade.

Crush curt or shear cut slitters cut thicker, low density materials such as filter media and non-wovens.

Shear blades cut cleanly and efficiently and are excellent for films, foils, nonwoven & paper.

Cantilever-style unwind stands, both powered and unpowered, are available. They can be bench-mounted and are simple to use.

The midrange knife assemblies cut a variety of materials from 250mm to 630mm. Their compact shape allows them to be incorporated into automated machinery. A heavier duty model is available.
