Rotary Knife Assemblies Also known as: machine knife assembly, air knife assembly, circular knife assembly Our modular rotary knife assemblies, available in both shear and crush cuts, are capable of thousands of cuts and perforations per minute and can easily be incorporated into a new machine or to replace existing units. Like other AZCO products, our rotary knives can be inserted into custom projects to simplify, yet enhance your converting abilities.

	Punch Assemblies Our modular punch assemblies are used to make custom sized and shaped cut-outs in flexible materials. Available in pneumatic or electric configurations, our punch units use hardened-steel tooling that is clean-cutting and fast-acting. The assembly can be mounted in any orientation, so you can add it to any converting, processing, or assembly line in any way you see fit!

	Traveling Knife Assemblies Traveling knives are available with crush cut or shear cut blades for different product applications.

	ACU-SLIT™ Slitter Modules Acu-Slit™ modules can be used as an in-line option on cut-to-length assemblies; a replacement for worn slitter stations on any web machine; or an add-on to any web processing line.

SUR-SIZE™ Cut-To-Length Assemblies Combine a knife assembly and a roll feeder and you get our SUR-SIZE Cut-to-Length. Capable of handling a wide variety of flexible materials, our units are self-contained and complete, delivering a finished product to your specifications. The SUR-SIZE Cut-to-Length is available in bench-top models (SM-4/SM-6) and modular models (ranging from the FG-100 to the FG-1000). The Cut-to-Length automatically feeds, measures, cuts, counts the pieces, and automatically stops at completion. The tool-steel blades are pneumatically-controlled while the motor (servo or stepper, depending on the machine) is electric-powered. There is also a separate control panel which allows a cut quantity up to 100 million and each cutter can be used as a master or slave unit in your product line.
