Heavy Duty Cantilever Unwind

Objective: Unwind come in stock sizes and we also will modify our proven design. We modify our proven design to meet your application requirements. This unwind can handle a roll of 14” Wide x 1.3” Inside Dimension x 24” Outside Dimension and weighing over 100lbs. We offer several types of core holders and shafting. This has a unique core flange set up for the customer’s application. A tool less side flange is slide onto the roll. To release, slightly pull on the release ring and it will slide off the shaft. A modified dancer arm has a guide assembly to properly track the material. An emergency stop button is place for easy operator access. This unit has a variable speed control system and requires 110vac.
