Heavy Duty Cantilever Unwind

Motorized unwind comes in stock sizes and we also will modify our proven design. We modify this unit to meet our customer requirements. This unwind can handle a roll of 14” Wide x 1.3” Inside Dimension x 24” Outside Dimension and weighing over 100lbs. We offer several types of core holders and shafting. This has a unique core flange set up for the customer’s application. A tool less side flange is slide onto the roll. To release, slightly pull on the release ring and it will slide off the shaft. A modified dancer arm has a guide assembly to properly track the material. An emergency stop button is place for easy operator access. This unit has a variable speed control system and requires 110vac. |
