HD Guillotine Knife Assembly
Model: GH-1220SP
A repeat customer had a need for a very large opening to pass their product through. Even though they had to have a large opening, their space was very tight. This unit features a 48” wide guillotine knife, precision guide shafts, and high load linear bearings. The unit was lengthened by 2.75” and the blade shoe was elongated to match the opening. Although with a manual feed in its current configuration, this unit can be customized with a roll feeder. |

- Mounting holes for easy installation
- 1220mm cutting area.
- Special design HD air cylinders
- Extend the guide shafts by 2.75” to add product clearance
- Produce a new blade shoe to provide support for the movable blade
- Add additional metal supports to the lower and upper frame in the area of the mounting holes.
