The Blister Card Cutting system allows original format of blister card to be cut into different sizes. It is simple to use and compact in size, the blisters are loaded into a vertical magazine. From the magazine the cards are automatically fed into a shear cutting station. Subsequently the blisters may be placed into a tray or onto a conveyor.
The BCS™ unit operate at a high-cycle rate and extremely fast change over. The cutting knives are made from D-2 hardened tool steel and can cut blister cards of any size very quickly. This system does not require any retooling and offers infinite adjustments. This unit cuts the card into strips.
The BCR™ unit – a rotary die would cut the blister into any configuration or shape required. Radius edges and shaped blister cuts are possible with this unit. Quick rotary die change over makes this unit easy to use and economical compared to other solutions.
