SUR-SIZE™ Cut-To-Length Assembly
Model: SM4 / SM6
The combination of a knife assembly and a roll feeder creates a Sur-Size™ cut-to-length assembly. The Sur-Size™ cut-to-length assemblies are capable of handling a wide variety of flexible materials. The cut to length assembly is a reliable, simple to use, self-contained module. It is a complete unit that delivers a finished product to your specifications. The unit can run to a length or to a registration mark.
Simple and easy to use, just enter the length and quantity on the color touch screen. The units automatically feed, measure, cut and count the pieces to a required size. After the exact number of pieces are cut, the unit stops. An end of cycle signal is provided once the cut is completed. For a single automated one shot process, this unit will feed and cut the material on demand. Clean cuts are provided by the guillotine knife assembly. Small guillotine cut-to-length assemblies are available in two configurations.
The integrated benchtop style unit is a convenient package for many users who just want to plug in a power cord, air line, and start cutting their product. It is available in two cut width sizes – 110mm (4in) or 160mm (6in). See FG models for information on modular style units.
We can support each of these Sur-size units around the world with our remote access. Each unit is built with a USB port which is directly connected to the controls. The unit can be connected to an internet interface utilizing a USB cable allowing tech support anywhere in the world. Support for resetting the unit, getting remote training, and even complete software upgrades are available. A webcam is supplied with remote access to better support you during remote access sessions. |

| Testimonial |
Just wanted to let you all know that we are EXTREMELY satisfied with the performance of the AZCO SM-6 cut-to-length machine purchased from you in 2002.
From 1/03/08, we have just under 2 million machine cycles that have produced just over 4 million parts (one material only, the actual number is closer to 5 million parts). Over the complete time4 span of ownership, estimated machine cycles are approximately 10 million with 7,400,000 cycles since 10/19/05. Have produced WELL over 30 million parts with this one machine since date of purchase. Our FG-250V, while not used as much, has been exception also.
Keep up the good work.

We purchased an SM-4 unit back in 1994 and have only had to have the machine serviced once since then. We use the SM-6 everyday, producing about 1,000 cuts a day on average, cutting magnetic ribbon for planning boards. Definitely satisfied with our AZCO experience.
