The VIP-100 Pouch Dispenser offers you a simple to use machine. If you are dispensing desiccant, oxygen absorbers, food packs, or promotional items this unit is ideal. Easy to use, with one of the touch screen the VIP-100 automatically opens the dual tracker drive belts for loading. Close the belts and one touch to auto thread the unit. If a change of product requires a new optic setting, the unit has a self teach fiber optic system. Tool-less product change is achieved in less than 90 seconds and knife replacement takes just 58 seconds! The VIP-100 processes continuous strips of pouches, up to 300cpm. Equipped with feed tracking technology, the software monitors where the seal should be, and if it is not seen by the optic registration system it provides an error message. The unit features full view of the feeding process. The angled feed delivers consistent and accurate product placement. The cantilever design offers complete access and the open exit chute eliminates jams. Remote access provides immediate on-line diagnostic and technical support.
