Requirements
This application included unwinding and feeding a 4.5 mil x 1 ½” wide plastic roll of tape. The material operated at speeds of 1700 inches per minute.

Model # UD1S75 – Dancer Unwind
- Unwind will be cantilever design and construction
- Unit is powered by a servo motor and drive
- Drive motor maintains a loop of material to prevent any web tension
- High response rates and monitored output speed are a result of the drive package
- A dancer assembly will control the loop
- Standard unit can handle a roll of material with a maximum OD of 18″, a maximum width of 6″ on a 3″ ID core weighing less than 50lbs

- The rollers are turned by a servo motor which provides high accuracy and low maintenance
- Precision ground ball bearings, which require no lubrication
- An operator control panel is provided which includes a color touch screen for easy setup and operation of the unit
- Precision ground urethane drive rollers advance the material
- Top idler roller is spring-loaded
